Signature Captures Most Wins in Fleet Owner Contest
For the second consecutive year, Signature Graphics and its customers have won the most awards in Fleet Owner
magazine’s annual Vehicle Graphics Award contest. Recipients were chosen by the editorial staff of
Fleet Owner and are featured in the June 2010 issue.

Commercial Carrier Journal (CCJ) has announced its winners of the 2009 “Five Flashiest Fleets.”
Each year, CCJ editors and art directors choose the most attractive fleet graphics among its entrants.
The competition is open to all fleet operations – private or for-hire – and all classes of commercial vehicles.

Printers from across America are ranked based on their previous year’s sales. Printers represented in the listings specialize in printing books, catalogs, newspapers and periodicals. The list also encompasses color separators and specialty printers, such as large-format screen and digital printers like Signature.

Fleet Owner 2008 Vehicle Graphic Awards Winners Announced
Fleet Owner has announced the winners of its 2008 Vehicle Graphics Awards contest. Signature Graphics, Inc. was proud to have two customers recognized.

“At the heart of Triumph Motorcycles’ philosophy is a commitment to developing truly unique motorbikes that are distinctive in looks, design and performance. The company is one of the most recognized names in motorcycling and has a history of creating bikes that have become design classics. Naturally, the company wanted an instant classic for its (fleet graphic) design.
Playing up on its uniqueness, the manufacturer’s new vehicle graphics campaign focuses on all aspects of the Triumph family of cycles. The new design, adopted in January, has been applied to four company trailers. It incorporates the use of 3M™ reflective materials to increase visibility and allows the company to advertise during both day and night.”

“Say what you will about a bright pink truck, but it certainly grabs attention. And when that attention gravitates toward a good cause, it makes those who see the truck on the highway think about an important epidemic.
That is what Prairie Material wanted to do, utilizing a design by Signature Graphics,…to decorate two of its cement trucks with the breast cancer awareness message. (The idea was) inspired by two members of the owner’s family having been diagnosed with the disease.
Not only are the trucks themselves helping the cause, the company is donating 25% of the profits from each yard of concrete delivered by the two pink trucks to the American Cancer Society.”
